CONVENTIONAL STUCCO

BUILT TO LAST

Conventional stucco systems are built to last longer than many other exterior cladding systems. People in Canada have been choosing stucco for decades because of its  many benefits.

Long-Lasting

Stucco and EIFS systems were developed for repairs during WWII, which means they’re built specifically for endurance. When properly installed, stucco systems can last for up to 50 years. That’s at least twice as long as your typical roof!

Soundproofing Qualities

Enjoy a little more peace and quiet. Stucco’s insulation properties help keep cold out in the winter and heat out in the summer, but they also resist sound waves, leaving you with a comfortable, quiet building.

Fire & Mold Resistant

Stucco systems form a smooth and water-resistant shell around your home or building. The material is resistant to mold, mildew, and rot, and is fire retardant, offering your home protection in the case of a wildfire or nearby home fire.

Stucco Replacement

The only time stucco can be problematic is when it isn’t applied correctly. A defective stucco installation is a costly and frustrating issue, and it risks damages to your structure. Our certified EIFS and conventional stucco installers are often called in to remove and replace existing stucco. If this has happened to you, we can help you take care of this dangerous issue and ensure it won’t happen again.
